Since 1962, Preston Hollow Presbyterian School (PHPS) has been dedicated to individualized instruction for students who learn differently. Today, we stand at a pivotal moment—one filled with new opportunities to explore, new challenges to embrace, and new dreams to pursue.

At the heart of our mission is Student Success. It is our guiding purpose, shaping every decision PHPS makes and every step the school takes toward the future. Ensuring that every student thrives—academically, socially, and emotionally—is not just our goal; it is our commitment.

Recognizing the need for a clear strategic direction, the PHPS Board launched a comprehensive planning process in early 2024. With the guidance of expert consultants, the school conducted a strategic audit to assess its strengths, challenges, and opportunities. This process led to the development of three key priorities, all focused on enhancing Student Success, along with actionable goals and strategies to propel PHPS forward.

Throughout this journey, we asked fundamental questions:

  • What should PHPS be, and why?
  • How can the school enhance its mission to better support Student Success?
  • How does PHPS best serve its students today and in the future?

The result is the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, built on the foundation of Student Success. This plan is a bold yet practical roadmap designed to strengthen PHPS and empower every learner. Now, the real work begins. PHPS invites every member of our community to join us in bringing this vision to life.

PHPS is committed to tracking progress, reporting annually on achievements and areas for growth, and making thoughtful adjustments as needed. As the school moves forward, it will remain adaptable to evolving circumstances while staying true to its mission.
