Preston Hollow Presbyterian School serves students with learning differences in grades K-6. We offer small class sizes, with a focus on specific remediation of academic skills. Teaching positions include homeroom grade-level teachers, enrichment teachers that instruct in music, technology, PE and art, and specialists that specifically support math or reading.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced educator, preferably experienced working with students with learning differences, but not required
- Enjoys children at many different learning levels
- Has excellent classroom management

Director of Development
Job Summary
Preston Hollow Presbyterian School is seeking a full-time Director of Development for the 2025-2026 school year. PHPS is an established school in North Dallas and pursuing a Director of Development at this time to help the school explore further growth and expansion of opportunities in the market. Successful candidates will have experience in fundraising, marketing, and relationship-building with donors, trustees, parents, alumni, and the community. The Director of Development will work with the School Director, Administrative Team, and Board of Trustees to develop and coordinate the school’s strategy for the implementation of ongoing fundraising projects, promotion of public relations and marketing initiatives in the community, and expansion of relationships that benefit the school.

- Implement and execute annual fundraising plan including goal setting
- Develop stewardship strategies of individual donors and prospective donors
- Initiate and coordinate activities to seek out corporate and foundation funds
- Supervise accounting of gifts and pledges
- Serve on the Administrative Team
- Work with Parent Club and Administrative Team to implement and manage fundraising efforts, including, but not limited to the Annual Campaign, the Capital Campaign, and Endowments
- Oversee production and dissemination of external publications and marketing materials
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities for special groups
- Promote the school’s mission, philosophy and purpose
- Maintain alumni relationships and manage donor portfolios
- Oversee the donor database system to support fundraising efforts; experience with DonorSnap is a plus.
- Prepare and present regular reports on fundraising progress
- Manage grant writing and identification of new grant opportunities

Job Summary
The PHPS facilities manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facility and promote a clean and safe working environment for our staff and students. They will oversee maintenance, safety, and security, and ensure compliance with regulations. They also manage budgets, develop long-term plans, and coordinate with other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance – Maintain day to day operations of the facilities, including interior and exterior areas, such as offices, classrooms, lunch room, parking lots, outdoor & indoor recreation spaces. Oversee maintenance and repairs, including performing routine maintenance, repairs and inspections as well as utilizing outside vendors for larger projects. Manage and review service contracts and schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors. Oversee the cleaning staff and lawn care crew.
• Safety and Security - Ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly, establish security measures, and support the maintenance of door access system, including collaborating with security vendors / professionals. Monitor the safety and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas including preparing the facility for changing weather conditions.
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fire, life safety, and building codes.
• Planning & Budgeting – Forecast, allocate and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility, including long-term plans, contingency plans, and departmental policies and procedures. Manage the facility's budget, including capital plans for repairs and improvement. Collaborating with the Business Office on recommendations for maintenance, mechanical and electrical modifications as needed.
• Coordination - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers and check on work completed by vendors and suppliers.
• Communication - Serve as a point of contact for staff and communicate appropriate technical information to administrative staff. Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
