Mary Kathryn Elliott
2nd Grade Teacher
Mary Kathryn is a second grade teacher. She started working as an assistant in a first grade classroom in 2011. She has a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from LSU.
3rd grade teacher
Christy Eshelbrenner joined PHPS in the spring of 2013. She found her passion for teaching after four years in the corporate world. Before becoming a third grade teacher, she worked as a fourth grade teacher and a remedial specialist. She earned her B.S. in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas. She has her Texas Education Teaching Certificates in Generalist (EC-6) and Special Education (EC-12) in addition to training in Lindamood-Bell.
Susan Faulkner joined Preston Hollow in 2019 as our Tech Lab instructor. Her previous experience consists of 23 years in public education. She served 18 years as a Tech Apps instructor as well as 5 years as a classroom teacher in grades 1-4. She earned a BA in Communications from Southern Methodist University. Her certifications include Tech Apps EC-12, Core Subjects EC-6 and English as a Second Language PK-12.
Neeley Fleischer is the Kindergarten teacher. She has been with PHPS as 2010. She graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2007 and has a Generalist certificate for grades EC-4.
Vmail: 233 Ashley Gardner has been teaching at PHPS since 2003. She is a reading remedial specialist and currently teaches reading groups for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. She also taught in the 3rd grade classroom for 3 years. She has a B. S. from the University of North Texas.
Ryan Green joined PHPS in 2017. He works as a teaching assistant in PE and 5th grade.
Lynn Guion joined PHPS in 2017 as a Math Coordinator and teacher. She brings 8 years of in classroom teaching experience and 3 years experience as a Campus Math Specialist in Richardson ISD. As a Math Specialist, she supported teachers and students grades K-6. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Kate Hatch joined Preston Hollow in 2018 as a Remedial Specialist. This is Kate’s fourteenth year in education. She taught grades 2nd- 8th as a classroom teacher in addition to providing dyslexia intervention for students ranging from kindergarten- high school. Kate earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from UNT and her MAT from Dallas Baptist University. Kate’s certifications include Generalist (EC-4), ELAR (6-8), ESL Supplemental (EC- 12) and she is also a Certified Academic Language Therapist and a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist.
