		Summer Book Report Form Gr. 4-6
	AR Summer Testing Dates and Guidelines Since we want our students to continue to read, read, read during the summer, we offer them the opportunity to continue to take AR tests during this time. Students enrolled in Summer Lab may take AR tests during their lab time. For other students, we offer the following days and times for taking AR tests.  There is no AR testing allowed on summer reading after August 4, unless you are enrolled in Summer Lab. For students in Summer Lab, the last day is August 6. Session I: June 9, 10 from 11:15-12:30--Computer Lab June 14, 16, 21, 23 from 1:00-2:00 Rm. N146-Mrs. Johnson's room June 15, 17, 22, 24 from 8:00-10:00 Rm. N146-Mrs. Johnson's room Session II: July 13, 20, 27, Aug. 3 from 10:00-12:00 Rm. N145-Mrs. Woolsey's room July 14, 21, 28, Aug. 4 from 1:00-3:00 Rm. N145-Mrs. Woolsey's room  You do not have to call ahead to make an appointment. Summer AR Testing Guidelines To promote a positive testing time, we ask that parents and students follow these guidelines: Only students who are taking an AR test should be in the room.  Students waiting to take a test should sit in a chair in the hall outside the AR room. Parents and siblings should wait outside the room while students take tests.  Parents should not leave the school while their child is taking tests.
